Job Description

We are looking for a suitable candidate for a 12-month secondment to the role for our Online Brand Protection team in Worcester, UK. Reporting to the Online Brand Protection (OBP) UK Manager your main functions will be day-to-day client management, documenting and maintaining system, process and registry policies, and handling new customer migrations and project work.

In the performance of your duties, you will be expected to use your best endeavours to always promote and maintain the interests and reputation of the Company.

Key responsibilities

• OBP Client Account Management tasks including, but not limited to, domain registrations, transfers and transfer projects, DNS administration, reporting, SSL certificates.
• Taking ownership of key clients and building solid relationships through great customer service.
• Help with the onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Commercial activities in support of the Business Development function.

Required skills and experience

• Knowledge of domains, DNS, SSL and awareness of intellectual property.

Working Hours:

The normal hours of the business are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.

In the start, training will be provided for a minimum of 4 weeks, on a full-time basis from our offices in Worcester UK.

Following initial training, we will offer hybrid working which can be discussed with the hiring manager.
