Job Description - 

Reporting to the OBP BU Director you will drive the UK OBP Sales & Operations Team. The primary objectives are to deploy the strategic sales initiatives and guarantee the service level to this customer segment. 

In the performance of your duties, you will be expected to use your best endeavours to promote and maintain the interests and reputation of the Company at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage some of the current OBP key clients and proactively look to onboard new clients
  • Management of the team, setting targets and objectives and monitoring, motivating and coaching individuals to exceed expectation
  • Implement and review annual company sales targets and set appropriate targets
  • Monitor sales to identify relevant trends and work with your own team and other internal stakeholders
  • Define and monitor the quality and performance of your team, setting specific KPI’s and evolve the team performance
  • Ensure the use of CRM and other tools to be able to track the sales process and take data-driven decisions
  • Definition and improvement of all related processes
  • Reinforcement of company policies
  • Carrying out such tasks that are required to meet the needs of the business

Required Skills & Experience:

  • +5 years of experience and knowledge in the related industry and market
  • Some leadership experience within a Sales/Client Services/Business Development/Account Management function
  • Excellent understanding of Sales & Operations and the underlying processes that drive revenue.
  • Knowledge of the OBP and Trademark products such as corporate domain names, SSLs, Intellectual property products
  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and owning issues.
  • Efficient Project Management, delivering to agreed deadlines and budget
  • Strong commercial focus
  • Strong facilitation and group problem solving skills
  • Strong relationship, able to inspire, engage and impart passion for new ideas and improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Native English speaker, any other language is a plus
  • Availability to travel in the UK/IE and abroad

Working Hours - 

The normal hours of the business are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive but we are flexible!
